Spiral City Maps

Spiral-bound city map orders typically ship within 1–2 business days via Canada Post. Free shipping is included on all spiral-bound city map orders.

Wall Maps

Wall maps ship rolled in a protective tube. For courier deliveries within Winnipeg, maps ship in a plastic tube. For shipments to Calgary, Alberta, and elsewhere outside Winnipeg, the tube is securely packaged in a cardboard box for extra protection.

A flat shipping charge of $20 applies to wall map orders under $200. Orders over $200 ship free.

Local pickup is also available in Winnipeg for wall maps and custom orders.

Custom Map Orders

Custom maps can often be ready in as little as the same or next business day, depending on the scope of your project and our availability. Shipping is handled the same way as wall maps — rolled in a tube and packaged for safe delivery.

Processing Time

Spiral-bound city map orders typically ship within 1–2 business days via Canada Post. Wall maps and custom orders may take a bit longer depending on the order — we'll keep you informed of timing when you place your order.

International & US Shipping

We don't currently offer standard shipping to the US or internationally. If you're located outside Canada and interested in ordering, please contact us and we'll do our best to work something out.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right.

Condition: Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
Custom map orders: Non-refundable once production has begun. We'll work closely with you during the proofing process to ensure the final product meets your needs before printing.
